None of these changes will impact your current loyalty program.



Loyalty Settings Moved to Loyalty Page

You will now see that your Loyalty settings have been transferred from the Preferences page to the Loyalty page of the Kitchen.


Loyalty Program Controls Expanded

These settings will not affect any current configuration to your loyalty program, but provides you with a more centralized configuration of your loyalty program.

Note: Only admin level accounts have access to the Loyalty Preferences modal


New Code Option for Rewards

To assist your staff when entering reward redemptions into your POS, the loyalty preferences pop-up modal now includes a code field. We recommend adding a unique reward code that aligns to the discount code set in the POS so your staff can easily apply a reward redemption while completing a transaction.

Redemption limits can now be set to a specific number, replacing the previous setting for single use versus unlimited redemptions.

Read-Only Access to Customer Center

Budtender accounts will now have read-only access to the Customer Center to assist with reward redemption verification and customer service, but will not have access to modify customer’s loyalty point records.
